The webpages available at www.truevoo.com (formerly known as www.fuelmyapp.com), and all linked pages ("Site"), are owned and operated by Truevoo INC. ("Truevoo"), an Incorporated company registered in the United States of America, and is accessed by you under the Terms of Use described below ("Terms of Advertisments").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE OR USING ANY PART OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES (AS EACH IS DEFINED BELOW) ON THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF USE (TERMS OF ADVERTISMENTS)

Truevoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Advertisments at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Advertisments, Truevoo may notify you via email. Truevoo reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or change any aspect of the Site including but not limited to content, features or hours of availability. Truevoo may oblige limits on certain features of the Site or restrict your access to part or all of the Site without notice or penalty. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By using the Truevoo website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("terms of advertisments"):

• You must be 13 years and older to use the services provided by Truevoo.
• You are personally responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name or itunes name.
• You must not abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate other Truevoo users.
• You may not use the Truevoo service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, images, votes, forum use, profiles, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Truevoo service.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack Truevoo or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Truevoo.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not, in the use of Truevoo, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• You must not contribute any content to the forums or any service offered by Truevoo that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
• You must not with the intention of artificially inflating or altering the 'fuel me' vote count, blog count, comments, or any other Truevoo service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering Truevoo's services; giving or receiving money or other remuneration in exchange for votes; or participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Truevoo's services.
• You agree that entering any competition on Truevoo is done so at your own will, you are not required nor expected to take part in any activity on Truevoo.com. Truevoo INC is not responsible for any application offered or any aspect of any application appearing either on Truevoo or on an advertiser's web banner or hyperlink located on Truevoo's website.
• Truevoo are not responsible for the quality of any review, using the service of Truevoo is by choice by both reviewers and developers alike. Truevoo does not accept responsibility of any action by Apple for using the service by developers, reviews of Apps are not compulsory nor do they form any contract with a user or developer - importantly, reviews are only accepted if honest.

Truevoo may remove any Content and Truevoo accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. To report Terms of Use abuse, please email: abuse@fuelmyapp.com

2. COPYRIGHT

We claim no intellectual property rights over the applications provided on the Truevoo service. Your profile and materials submitted remain yours. You can clear your profile at any time by emailing remove@fuelmyapp.com.

Truevoo undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Truevoo to locate the material;
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

This agreement represents a required agreement between you and Truevoo until terminated by you or Truevoo, which Truevoo may do at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion. If you become dissatisfied with the Site, your only alternative is to immediately discontinue use of the Site and ask for your details to be removed by us.

3. APPLICATIONS

By submitting any application, the developer agrees to release and hold harmless Truevoo, its owners and partners, agents or agencies, affiliates, heirs or executors on all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action, or losses of any kind resulting from the participation. Truevoo INC is not responsible for any App offered nor is it responsible for the delivery of any app.

4. UNAUTHORISED USE

Unauthorized use of the Site in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

5. TRADEMARKS

“Truevoo” is a trademark of the Site. All other propretiary tools within the Site are trademarks of the Site. All other brands and names are the property of their respective owners. All graphics on the Site are trademarks of the Site or Site-affiliated people or entities. Use, reproduction, copying, or redistribution of trademarks, without the written permission of the Site or Site-affiliated people and entities, is prohibited. All other trademarks, avatars or servicemarks appearing on the Site are the marks of their respective owners.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments taken and refunded are now available in almost all currencies, if yours is not listed, please do let us know using the contact form.
On some occassions App developers run promotions on iTunes and the prices of app's may be lower on iTunes than the amount stated on Truevoo, Truevoo will only refund you the amount you have paid for the app on iTunes to protect the developer, not more or less. Please check before you take part in any app review, we guarantee that you will never lose out.

Truevoo will only credit back the value of the application in your currency based on your country registered on iTunes when you commence the review.

Should an iTunes user change countries mid-review, Truevoo will credit back in the currency the reviewer started the review in. For example if you live in the USA, select an application and change your iTunes location to Australia, you will be credited back in US Dollars as per the price you originally purchased the review in.
